Joseph Chow, PhD, PE is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil & Urban Engineering at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. With his extensive transportation research in fields such as connected vehicles, smart transit, and multi-modal systems, Professor Chow imparts his knowledge on the students at NYU in various courses including Network Design Methods, Urban Logistics, and Urban Public Transportation Systems. Having worked as an engineer for a consulting firm, a transportation researcher, and an educator, Professor Chow shares with us his unique point of view on the future of the transportation industry.
