AT&T's Girls Who Code Program visits NYC Tandon School of Engineering


AT&T’s Girls Who Code program visited the MAGNET space at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering this week.

During the trip, the students toured MAGNET’s Ability Studio and used and discussed MAGNET’s Visual Impairment Simulation Glasses. The girls also learned about AT&T NYU Connect Ability, the 2015 competition to encourage developers to build technologies that can improve the lives of people with disabilities.

The field trip emphasized the mission of Girls Who Code to empower young women to use technology skills to solve problems.
