…'It is recognized more than ever that STEM professionals will create solutions for our toughest problems...but not enough kids are prepared for higher education that leads to STEM careers. I recently visited my friend, Ben Esner, at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where he introduced me to New Yorkers doing outstanding work to help young people excel in STEM. Through school Center for K12 STEM Education, some of the greatest minds in engineering, technology and science are mobilizing their students to deliver high-quality STEM curriculum to our city students and their teachers.'
