Seeking to lure Silicon Valley-style high tech start-ups to the borough, Brooklyn has opened a new entrepreneurial incubator space in the cleantech sector called the "Urban Future Lab." In Downtown Brooklyn's "Tech Triangle" a confab of engineering, real estate and academic experts have joined forces to create the Urban Future Lab at NYU School of Engineering. It's a practical marriage of job creation and tech business incubation for Brooklyn with a larger concern for sustainability.
