NYU-Poly to Complete Engineering Merge


Five years after a deal was struck to merge Polytechnic University and New York University and provide the latter with a School of Engineering for the first time since the 1970s, the transition will be complete this January when NYU-Poly officially becomes the NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering.  For the first time, students will receive diplomas from NYU, and be able to utilize the full array of classes and facilities that NYU’s Manhattan location has to offer – and vice versa.
