Justin Cappos Talks About Information Collection at Al Jazeera America News



This week, people were talking about the European Parliament’s urge to strengthen its data protection rules. But U.S. technology companies and the government are lobbying against the rule changes; they said the changes will make getting data from Europe more expensive.

In term of this wide-concerned issue, Al Jazeera America News, invited Justin Cappos, the professor of computer science engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, to talk about how NSA collects information from computer and cellphone networks.
