Modular Experts Comment On Ratner Highrise Plan
James Garrison, assistant adjunct professor at Pratt Institute and principal of Garrison Architects, has, in his own words, “quite a bit of experience” with modular construction.
Indeed, several designs for modular projects can be found on his website, including a “modular day care center” for Lehman College in the Bronx, a prototype of “high-performance modular housing,” the Hzingo Town Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant, the Rutgers University Counseling Center and others.
