Six out of the top 10 most diverse schools in the country can be found in the New York metropolitan area: Rutgers at Newark; City University of New York (CUNY) City College, No. 3; the New Jersey Institute of Technology, No. 4; CUNY Hunter College, No. 5; Polytechnic Institute of New York University, No. 6; and CUNY Bernard M Baruch College, No. 7.
