Admitted students from around the country are invited to join the Office of Graduate Enrollment and Admissions for a Graduate Welcome Experience beginning on Thursday, May 4.

We invite you to visit our home, Downtown Brooklyn, to discover what life is like at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Hear from current students and faculty, and spend some time getting to know your future graduate school classmates while touring “Brooklyn, America’s Coolest City” (GQ Magazine).

May 4th (5:00–8:30pm)

  • Walking Tour of Washington Square
  • Welcome Cocktail Reception at the NYU Torch Club

May 5th
On-Campus Sessions (11:30am–5:00pm)

  • Lunch with Graduate Enrollment Management and Admissions
  • Campus Tour
  • Wasserman Center for Career Development Session
  • Student Panel
  • Faculty Break Out Sessions

Exploring NYC (5:00pm)

  • Join current students for a walking tour of Downtown Brooklyn, ending at the famous Brooklyn Bridge Park. (Optional)

Travel Information

The NYU Tandon School of Engineering will provide reimbursement for certain travel expenses in order to assist admitted students from outside the New York Metro area in attending this event. For students seeking travel reimbursement, click here for more information.
