Bios:

Sean Slotterback started as a quant and became portfolio manager for Highbridge Capital and Tower Research Capital, managing multi-billion funds. He left to start his own quantitative investment firm. Along the way, he came up with the idea for Decipher Finance. He wanted to apply this quantitative finance experience to wealth management.

Nitin Mittal is the Co-Founder and CFO of Decipher Finance. Nitin’s past experiences have ranged from investment banking to financial operations in growth and turnaround situations.
