Poly-SHRM would like to give the NYU student community a warm welcome in a cold weather with this welcome party. We would discuss about a few topics in leadership and team building, then we will have a team building exercise, followed by dinner and a dance party with a DJ. This event aims at training the student community with a much required aspects of team work, team building and how does one become a leader. We will also discuss some key concepts for the development of students soft skills and job search. This event will help students to change the way they think in a corporate world.
