For NYU Community

The Welcome Center is a new student's first stop during orientation. After you have signed into the Jacobs Academic Building (entrance on Jay Street) head to the Regna Student Lounge where the Welcome Center will be housed from August 22nd - September 1st. Once at the Welcome Center, you will be able to do the following:

  • Get your Temporary Student ID Card to be carried during orientation
  • Pick-up the Graduate Student Enrollment Guide and Orientation Events Schedule
  • Drop off your Immunization, Media Waiver Rights and Honor Code Forms
  • Speak with the Graduate Center Enrollment Team to begin the course registration process
  • The Welcome Center will also contain the following Information Tables:
    • Career Management
    • Alumni Relations
    • Library
    • Financing Graduate Education
    • Student Health and Immunizations
    • The Polytechnic Tutoring Center (PTC)
    • Student Clubs and Associations
    • Academic Advising
    • i2e: Invention, Innovation and Entrepreneurship
    • Living in New York City
    • Business Center with Computer Kiosks
    • Food Court with daily snacks
