Global Challenge: Nuclear Fusion Energy

To be a global leader is to be a person who can see connections across artificial boundaries  to work together toward a common goal for the benefit of all people.”

I’m originally from Dallas, Texas. I am currently working as a student tutor with the America Reads organization on campus, where I work with local New York City Public School teachers and help their students strengthen their reading and writing skills. I am a part of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) as the pre-college initiative chair where I connect with the NSBE Jr. chapter and run the Tandon tour and alumni talks. I was also a member of the all-women choir on campus for a semester as an alto two.

In my free time I love to watch horror/thriller movies or binge watch a good show that I found on Netflix. I also play the piano and am teaching myself to play the guitar. I love watching and doing musical theatre and I sing those show tunes all the time!
