
Tati Tchoubar is overseeing research and educational technology pilots and helping faculty to design innovative online learning experiences.
Tati holds a PhD in Technology, Policy, and Innovation (dissertation on cognitive model of virtual communication), a Master degree from Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris University, France, in Online Learning Design & Engineering, Master Summa Cum Laude in Physics and B.Sc. in Computer Science.
Dr. Tchoubar has participated in the development of online teaching departments at four universities, in the US and abroad. She is teaching online since 2008, at the graduate level. Her research work has resulted in more than twelve conference presentations and publications on e-learning, in such modalities as Virtual Commons, Digital Labs, Immersive Learning.
