Brooklyn Spikes NYU-Poly

Men's Volleyball Falls 3-0

BROOKLYN, NY -  The Brooklyn College men's volleyball team hosted NYU-Poly on Saturday in a non-conference match. The Jays entered the game with hopes of starting a winning streak, but ended up with a disappointing 3-0 loss to the Bulldogs. The Jays lost in straight sets by scores of 25-17, 25-15, and 25-22. NYU-Poly falls to 5-15 overall.

Freshmen Fild Kroqi (Bronx, NY) led the Jays with nine kills and three aces, while senior James Lukban (Bronx, NY) added eight while hitting 0.500. Sophomore Omar Guerrero (Austin, TX) led the way on the floor with eight digs.

NYU-Poly will host a pair of Skyline Conference matches on Monday and Tuesday as they host Purchse and Yeshiva, both teams the Jays own victories over earlier in the season.
