Five NYU WIRELESS Papers Ranked in IEEE’s Top 100 Downloaded Publications


Five papers published by NYU WIRELESS faculty and students ranked in the top 100 downloaded papers of IEEE publications and societies for July. Based at NYU Tandon and including faculty and students from across the university, NYU WIRELESS, has been recognized as the world's leading academic research center for the fifth generation of wireless communications (5G).

"This is a remarkable accomplishment, showing that the support from the NYU WIRELESS Industrial Affiliates, the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, and the tireless efforts by NYU WIRELESS graduate students and faculty are combining to make a huge impact in advancing the knowledge base throughout the world in millimeter and 5G wireless communications," said Founding Director Theodore (Ted) Rappaport.
