Pete Klabe

Pete Klabe is a cybersecurity professional with 10+ years of work securing systems that defend our nation. He was a penetration testing lead for US Army Armament Software Engineering Center, and now leads security assessments of Air Force Space Systems in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

As a motivated innovator, Pete has continuously worked to pragmatically improve processes while operating within realistic limitations and contraints. He has implemented new methods of scoring risk based off vulnerabilities, determined strengths and weaknesses within organizations, and helps train both new and seasoned cybersecurity professionals by running public cyber CTF events in Colorado Springs. Pete currently applies his knowledge and innovation to the online sessions of CS 6573 and 4773, Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment.

He holds the following certifications: CISSP, CEH, CHFI, GPEN, GAWN, and GMOB.
