2leap Mentoring
The new mentoring program for NYU Tandon tenure-track professors
One-on-one mentoring with mentors in all Tandon departments for ongoing support throughout the tenure-track process. 2leap™ Holistic Mentoring for Faculty encourages the flow of energy, ideas, and enthusiasm between mentors and mentees, stimulating connections and relationships.

How it works
- Review the mentor profiles below and their preferred mentoring topics.
- Pick any two mentors based on your interests (they do not have to be in your department).
- Initiate the contact by clicking on "Become My Mentor" and filling out the form.
- Once a match has been confirmed, you can begin meeting with your mentor. Meet your mentors a minimum of four times a year.
