The Bushwick Film Festival New Media Day supports, nurtures and presents creators, who along with their audience, expand story-telling by forging connections between cultural production and technology. We are interested in immersive projects, web series, select documentary and fiction narratives that us technology to enable user generated content and create participatory experiences. The core ideas embedded in projects will have a strong focus on a social, political or environmental issues.

NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering Integrated Digital Media Department's very own Katherine Bennett, Mark Skwarek, and Carlos Bautista will be showing their interactive art!
