We strive to provide every student with a rewarding educational experience.

As an Digital Learning student, if you have a complaint/grievance, we ask that you follow the NYU Student Grievance Procedure.


Complaints and Grievance

As an Digital Learning student, if you have a complaint/grievance, we ask that you follow the NYU Student Grievance Procedure. This document outlines the required informal and formal complaint steps.

If the grievance is not resolved informally within the designated time, you can file a formal complaint by following the steps outlined in the NYU Student Grievance Procedure.

If you have not resolved the concern/complaint to your satisfaction after exhausting the aforementioned process, you can utilize your state's complaint process. For a student enrolled in a distance education program or course, please reference NYU's state authorization website for further information detailing the applicable complaint process. Special Information for Maryland Residents

NYU has received approval from the state of Maryland to offer online courses to residents of that state, per recent legislation. We are required to post certain required information on our website which relates to our program's registration status with the state as well as procedures for Maryland residents to file complaints or grievances.
