The NYU IT Service Desk provides tech support for Digital Learning students.
Contact the IT Service Desk if:
- You have a question or are experiencing an issue with NYU Classes
- You have difficulty logging into your course
- Your course site is slow or not launching

The IT Service Desk is available to the NYU community as a 24-hour service. Callers will be connected to someone who will resolve their IT-related question day or night, 365 days per year (including holidays).
