Breakfast

  • Bagels + Spreads Top your bagel off with one of our many hand-churned cream cheeses and butter spreads. Fresh, seasonal fruits are also available.
  • Eye Opener Specials. From raspberry-filled French toast to western omeletees, this breakfast bar has what you need to start your day. 
  • Grab + Go. Our breakfast bar offers hot breakfast sandwiches you can quickly purchase for those days you’re running late for class, while the open air box near the cash registers has tangy yogurts and fruit cups.
  • Bakery. Homemade cinnamon sticky buns, fruit turnovers, or home-style cherry muffins with toasted nuts — our bakery has these (low fat varieties, too) and more.

Lunch and Early Dinner

  • Breads + Spreads. Sandwich lovers take note: premium meats, grilled and roasted vegetables, domestic and imported cheeses, hearty breads, and European rolls found here. At the Jasper Connection, discover handcrafted specialty sandwiches, toasted subs, and pressed quesedillas or paninis.
  • Sensational Salad Bar. Choose from a selection of tossed greens, fresh cut or roasted veggies, proteins, and fruit for a salad customized to your palate.
  • Gourmet Salads. Not in the mood to make your own? Try any of our prepared salads, from classics to more eclectic versions.
  • World Soup. Each day features four soups, stews, or chilies. Pair a bowl with any of our fresh breads, home-style biscuits, cornbread, or crusty rolls.
  • Native Spice. This self-serve station offers cuisine from around the world. Selections rotate often and are sold by the ounce. From tapas to Vietnamese fare, there’s sure to be a dish to entice you.
  • BYOB. Here we take a restaurant approach. Cooked-to-order fare includes hand packed Black Angus hamburgers, grilled chicken, fish, and more — any of which you can top with our crisp greens, salsas, or spreads.
  • Pizza + Pasta. Our signature brand of Italian cuisine includes whole and personalized pizzas, strombolis, calzones, and a variety of pastas.
  • Sweet Treats. What’s a meal without dessert? Finish yours with any of our gourmet cheesecakes or just-baked cookies or brownies. Low-fat treats round out your choices.
