Biography

Mr. Amicucci is the President of Amicucci Management.  The company owns and operates multi-family buildings in Westchester County, New York. He has over thirty-five years of involvement in New York commercial real estate and construction including consulting, leasing, sales, property management, project management, and financial analysis. Prior to forming Amicucci Management, he provided property management, project management, financial analysis, accounting and leasing services for companies like Bovis Lend Lease, LMB, Inc., New York Presbyterian Hospital, FMB Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., Mack-Cali Realty, Arthur Anderson and Turner Construction Company. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and The Appraisal Institute. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Real Estate Accounting at New York University’s Schack Real Estate Institute and the Civil Engineering Department at NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering, as well as an adjunct professor Accounting Departments of Manhattan College in the Bronx, New York. He is also a Certified Instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Amicucci holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Iona College, a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Mr. Amicucci is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in NYS.
