Tony is Principal and Managing Director of International Operations at GREYHAWK. He spent a large part of his career living and working in London and is currently living in Upstate New York. He has 22 years of experience providing program, project, and construction management services and is a recognized expert in CPM Scheduling and Forensic Delay Analysis.
He co-authored the groundbreaking SCL Protocol on Delay and Disruption (2002), as well as Delay Analysis in Construction Contracts (Wiley/Blackwell 2008) and acts as expert witness on matters involving Delay and Disruption in arbitration and litigation - representing sub-contractors, Joint-Venture Consortia, design/build contractors, construction managers, and employers alike.
Anthony is a trained civil engineer with hands-on experience addressing extra work, concurrent delays, CPM analysis, differing site conditions, acceleration, escalation, and quantifying the effects of disruption and inefficient working on large, international civil engineering projects using all forms of contract. He has a proven ability to apply sophisticated techniques and communicate issues by developing practical arguments and using simple, easily understood graphics, illustrations and trial-quality exhibits when apportioning delays and liability amongst multiple parties when complex and concurrent delays are present.
