Join us in recognizing the benefits of international education and exchange, as well as celebrating the variety of cultures, backgrounds, and communities represented!  From your favorites like Food Fest, to new events like the Study Abroad Fair and International Dance Party.

Monday, November 18th                                                                                                                      

Study Abroad Fair and Dessert Social, Regna, 12PM-2PM                                                         
You are cordially invited to the Study Abroad Fair and Dessert Social.  Meet representative from various Study Abroad Programs, interact with students who have gone abroad, and enjoy Desserts from around the world!  Offices that will be there include: NYU Global Programs, Institute of International Education, the German Center for Research and Innovation, École Centrale Paris, Financial Aid from NYU Polytechnic, and Provosts Office of NYU Polytechnic.   

Tuesday, November 19th

Let’s Talk International, LC 223, 12PM-1PM
Are you an international student, someone who has studied abroad, or someone interested in learning more about global perspectives? Join us as we discuss what it means to be globally aware, how NYU supports its international students, and the transition into new cultures and countries, while being able to share your experiences and hear from others. Lunch provided.

Wednesday, November 20th                                                                                                    

Food Fest, RH 116, 6-8:30PM                                                  
Food Fest is a unique annual friendly competition between the cultural clubs on campus who strive to wow their fellow students’ taste buds and expand their cultural understanding over food!  Clubs representing a variety of regions around the world will cook their favorite dish that they feel best showcases their cultural traditions and will be scored by special guest judges for best taste, best presentation, and having a significant the most cultural tie.

International Dance Party, Regna, 8:30-10PM
Want something fun to do?  Interested in hearing music from around the world?  Want to celebrate the vast array of cultures through dance?  Join fellow students in what promises to be a high energy and fun night of dancing to tracks from Korea to India to Brazil to China to the United States and many more!  Drinks and snacks will be provided.

Thursday, November 21st

International Board Games, Regna, 12PM-2PM
Interested in learning how other countries and cultures play some of your favorite games? From chess to cards, learn a new way of playing some of your favorites. Snacks provided.
