This semi-annual event brings together students to network with mentors who achieved success in a variety of human resource and other specialties.

You are welcome to  hear the mentors  speak and meet with them one-on-one. The  mentors will include several generations of Organizational Behavior (OB) graduates from  NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering.  In addition, several OB faculty will be serving as mentors.

Participation in such networking and mentoring nights have resulted in job leads and positions.
The application fee will be waived for any participant who wishes to apply for admission to the new MS degree in Organizational Behavior, Systems and Analytics (OBSA).

About the MS degree in Organizational Behavior, Systems & Analytics

The new MS in Organizational Behavior, Systems and Analytics (OBSA) is a unique program that integrates the management of people, organizations, technology and analytics. The OBSA degree has cutting-edge concentrations in HRIS and Human Capital Engineering and Analytics as well as the more traditional human resource management, change management and training specialties.

The NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering dates to 1854, when the NYU School of Civil Engineering and Architecture as well as the Brooklyn Collegiate and Polytechnic Institute (widely known as Brooklyn Poly) were founded. The Society for Human Resource Management student chapter at NYU Polytechnic School of Enginreering - PolySHRM was founded in 1987.  PolySHRM has been awarded the Superior Merit Award by SHRM for  its innovative activities almost every year since its founding.  In 2010-11, PolySHRM was selected as one of the 10 most outstanding chapters in the U.S. (for the second time).
