PREPARE FOR YOUR FUTURE

You are invited to join NYU-Poly for a four-week, four credit summer course in Pre-Calculus (MA914). This course will cover the basic foundations of algebra.

MORE ABOUT PRE-CALCULUS

This course is designed for high school students who want to improve their Algebra I and II skill as well as their understanding of the fundamentals required for Calculus. Students will learn exponents, multiplication of algebraic expressions, factoring algebraic expressions, working with algebraic fractions, proportionality, rates of change, and more.

THE CURRICULUM

Classes begin Monday, July 8th and end on Thursday, August, 1st (Please note: these dates have been revised. Classes end August 1st not July 25th).  Classes meet Monday thru Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

COURSE PRICE

The cost for this four-week, four credit summer class is $1,200.

Application Deadline Extended - APPLY TODAY!

Classes are open to students graduating high school in 2014 or 2015 and should have at least a 3.0 GPA. Class is limited to 28 students so please apply as sooon as possible. The deadline has been extended to June 24th, 2013. You will be notified by the Undergraduate Admissions Office if your application if your application has been selected.
