Criteria for participation in this program:

  • Current work in a cyber, information assurance or information security capacity at SAIC
  • Minimum of 5-7 years work experience in this field
  • High performer (3, 4 or 5 overall rating on your performance review)
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, science, or engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants with degrees in other fields are considered individually for admission.
  • Students must have knowledge of mathematics through calculus and a working knowledge of a high level programming language (preferably C++) and of data structures.

The School of Engineering, in collaboration with SAIC, is able to provide SAIC employees online graduate education in the following programs:

Criteria for participation in this program:

To be eligible for admission as a graduate student, along with providing proof of employment with SAIC, you must:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution involving a minimum of 4 years of full-time study
  • Have achieved a cumulative average of “B” (GPA of 3.0/4.0) in your major

If you wish to enter a graduate field of study different from the undergraduate field in which you earned your bachelor’s degree, you must anticipate the possibility of taking prerequisite courses for which graduate credit may not be given.

Discount Amount:

Qualified SAIC employees will receive a 5% discount off of tuition.
