Individual Tuition Discount Program

Program information:

The School of Engineering, in collaboration with Estee Lauder, is able to provide Estee Lauder employees a 5% discount on tuition towards graduate education allowing you to stretch your tuition reimbursement dollars further.

General Requirements for participation in this program:

  • Currently work at Estee Lauder and provide proof upon enrollment (letter from company)
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution involving a minimum of 4 years of full-time study
  • Have achieved a cumulative average of “B” (GPA of 3.0/4.0) in your major
  • Provide Official Transcripts (undergraduate and graduate degrees)
  • GRE scores may be required

International applicants must:

  • Apply for full-time status
  • Have completed the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree prior to enrollment (evaluation of international degrees with less than 4 years of study must be submitted)
  • TOEFL score of 80 or above
  • Complete and notarize a Certificate of Finance accompanied by bank statements (a copy of this form is located the application)
  • GRE Scores
 
If you wish to enter a graduate field of study different from the undergraduate field in which you earned your bachelor’s degree, you must anticipate the possibility of taking prerequisite courses for which graduate credit may not be given.

Online and Face-to-Face Cohort Tuition Discount Program

Program information:

Estee Lauder employees participating in an online or Face-to-Face cohort graduate program coordinated by Estee Lauder receive tuition discounts and other benefits which allow you to stretch your tuition reimbursement dollars further.

General Requirements for participation in this program:

  • Currently work at Estee Lauder and nominated to participate in cohort program.
  • Identified by Estee Lauder as a candidate for cohort program
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution involving a minimum of 4 years of full-time study
  • Have achieved a cumulative average of “B” (GPA of 3.0/4.0) in your major
  • Provide Official Transcripts (undergraduate and graduate degrees)
  • GRE scores may be required

International applicants must:
