Accommodation Letter Request

Students registered with the Office of Student Affairs notify their professors of their approved accommodation at the start of each semester by providing them with an Accommodation Letter. Students must request letters each semester before they may utilize testing accommodations. The Office of Student Affairs recommends the student discuss their accommodations with each professors upon presenting the letter.  Please allow at least two business days for the accommodations letter(s) to be prepared. You will receive an email when they are ready for pick-up. Letters will be available for pick-up from the Office of Student Affairs, LC240, M-F 9am-5pm. We cannot email or mail your letters.

Please note: We do not proctor exams for the Mathematics or Physics department.
