In partnership with Media Support Services, the FITL Center provides a loan program for faculty and staff interested in exploring and implementing the hardware components of our classroom technologies.
After receiving training or consultation on use of the technology, participants may borrow any of the equipment below for a semester or the academic year.
All equipment under the Technology Loan Program is covered by the Equipment Loan Agreement signed at the time of the loan.
Faculty and Staff may borrow the kit necessary for using the eno interactive boards in our Smart Classrooms (see types A, C, and D). Components of the kit include:
In order to receive responses from the student clicker devices, instructors must use a USB Receiver. Receivers are available for one semester or academic year loan.
For instructors wishing to use the clicker technology for one-off classes or events, clicker loan packets contain one receiver and a set number of clickers (e.g. packets of 10, 20, 50, 100 clickers).
New users of the clicker technology may borrow a Clicker Test Packet containing one receiver and two clickers to assist in learning and development.
The FITL Center and Media Support have a stock of 600 clickers available to borrow for polling at special events such as department meetings, showcase events, and conferences.
