After January 1, all NYU-Poly proposals must be submitted through the NYU electronic proposal submission system "Cayuse 424". You must be registered to use the system. If you have not used Cayuse, or are not yet registered in the system, please click here to start your registration: http://www.nyu.edu/research/resources-and-support-offices/getting-started-withyourresearch/registration-for-electronic-submissions/cayuse-resources.html
**Please note that, prior to registering in Cayuse 424, you must have already registered your NYU Net ID. To accomplish this, if you haven't already done so, please go to: http://start.nyu.edu and follow the instructions. Your Net ID can be found on the back of your NYU-Poly ID card, right above the UPC code, and is in the format of abc123.
Once your NetID is activated you will be able to register for Cayuse. Please try to do this before 1/1/2014.
Upon completing registration, you will be instructed to complete a “Professional Profile” in Cayuse 424. The instructions to complete the profile are emailed upon registration.
All of our faculty are already registered in NSF Fastlane, but the Cayuse registration link also gives you the option of registering in Fastlane, in addition to the NIH's eRA Commons. So if you wish to take advantage of the eRA Commons option, just check the box.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
