The School of Engineering's Incubators and the Wasserman Center for Career Development at the School of Engineering are launching a new program called SPIKE (Skill-based Program for Incubator Knowledge and Employment). This program aims to support the companies developing in Poly's incubators while simultaneously providing an opportunity for students to learn the skills necessary to find employment after completing their studies. Students will be immersed in an entrepreneurial environment that will challenge their abilities and knowledge against real world problems. They will be directly impacting the outcome of the startups through diligent work while gaining new skills they would not otherwise be exposed to.
The program is open to continuing students who can commit to 200 hours during the first semester.
